Bay Special Care Hospital (Bay City) is a 31-bed long-term acute care hospital (LTAC) which opened in 1994. Its focus is to provide an additional site for acute, hospital-level of care to patients who have multiple health conditions that require prolonged hospitalization.

Ingham Regional Medical Center (Lansing) is a nonprofit, tertiary teaching facility with 310 acute care beds is located in Lansing, Michigan. IRMC is home to one of the nation's leading cardiac programs; the largest dedicated orthopedic hospital in Michigan; state-of-the-art clinical centers for oncology and women and children's health; medical/surgical units; and a full-service pharmacy. 

Ingham Regional Orthopedic Hospital (Lansing) is a nonprofit, specialty facility with a total of 79 beds, offers inpatient and outpatient services for the treatment and repair of orthopedic degenerative disease, injury, and trauma. IROH ranks among the top 10% in clinical quality among orthopedic programs nationwide. 

Lapeer Regional Medical Center (Lapeer)a 222-bed, non-profit, acute care facility located in Lapeer, Michigan. It offers comprehensive care with a 24-hour Emergency Center and specialized services in Cardiology, Oncology and Cancer Care, Orthopedic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pulmanology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, Sleep Disorders, Behavioral Health, as well as other areas of acute and chronic care.

McLaren Medical Group (MMG), manages the corporate ambulatory network consisting of more than 100 primary and specialty centers located throughout a 14 county region.

McLaren Regional Medical Center (Flint) a nonprofit, tertiary teaching facility with 390 beds located in Flint, Michigan. MRMC is affiliated with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in its medical residency programs, including family practice, internal medicine, general surgery, orthopedic surgery and radiology.

McLaren Visiting Nurse and Hospice and McLaren Home Medical manage the home health care services, home medical equipment and infusion services, hospice services, and hospice residential units for the corporation.

Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center (Mt. Clemens) is a 288-bed acute care hospital located in Mount Clemens, Michigan. With more than 430 affiliated physicians and 1,900 employees, MCRMC provides a full range of services, including top-notch cardiovascular care at the Mat Gaberty Heart Center and award winning cancer services at the Ted B.Wahby Cancer Center.
